Past Vivaro, along a section of the nature trail “Pierditi intal patus” (“Lose yourself in the meadows” in Friulian) that crosses the enchanting wilderness of the Magredi, you reach the Cellina streambed and return to Cordenons.
On the edge of this municipality, where the fertile farmland touches the Magredi scrub, you will find another important site, a true reserve of local biodiversity: the Vinchiaruzzo springs. The name comes from the Friulian word ‘vinciars‘, or willow trees, because there are many of them in the area.
Here, too, the best thing is to take your time, contemplate and lose yourself a little before returning to the modern world, through the towns of Cordenons and finally to Pordenone.
This is the end of an itinerary that has taken you through a varied landscape where the local natural and cultural heritage is on display.
Again, given the sun and the lack of shade on this stretch, especially in the first part, we advise you to cycle or at least avoid walking if you decide to do it in the middle of the summer.
