Venerated since the Middle Ages as the protector of travellers, St Christopher is an emblem of great values such as generosity, humility, goodness of spirit and willingness to help. Many of these values have always characterised the people of the area bordering the Dolomites between the Tagliamento and Piave rivers, in which the St Christopher’s Way is developed. A fascinating itinerary, in which pilgrims, walkers, lovers of slow tourism and gentle mobility, can find everything to fulfil their expectations: natural scenery of rare beauty, places of profound spirituality, rich testimonies of history, art, culture and traditions. All combined with the hospitality typical of these areas and with an offer of flavours and food and wine specialities to satisfy all palates.
